With reference to Mr. Churchill's despatch
No.283 of the 11th of September, 1922, concerning the cargo ex the S.S. "Tokuyeme Maru" landed at Hongkong during the war, I have the honour to enclose a copy of a minute by the! Coloniel Treasurer, Mr. C. McI. Messer, together with certain accounts setting out the position. I shall be glad
to receive Your Grace's instructions as to the disposal of
the balance of $66,624.09 at present in the hands of this
Government.
